It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating power, electromechanical engineering, petrochemical engineering general contracting, construction installation, energy development, municipal environmental protection, engineering survey, design, and supervision. The company has the first-class qualification for general contracting of power engineering, electromechanical engineering and petrochemical engineering approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the first-class qualification for professional contracting of steel structure engineering, and the first-class qualification for supervision of power engineering and electromechanical installation engineering; the first-class installation, first-class maintenance, and first-class power facility licenses approved by the Henan Supervision Office of the National Energy Administration, and has a number of first-class construction qualifications such as anti-corrosion and thermal insulation engineering, building electromechanical installation engineering, and a number of second-class construction qualifications such as construction engineering, municipal public engineering, metallurgical engineering, and environmental protection engineering, as well as the second-class design qualifications for wind power generation, thermal power generation, new energy power generation, substation engineering, and power transmission engineering in the power industry, the second-class qualification for engineering surveying and geotechnical engineering survey, and the license for installation, repair, and transformation of pressure-bearing special equipment (long-distance pipelines, public pipelines, and industrial pipelines). The company has strong construction capabilities, perfect management systems, high-quality management talents, and strong mechanical equipment. It has various crawler cranes, truck cranes and other large and medium-sized lifting equipment and more than 1,000 advanced engineering machinery and debugging equipment.
The company's business footprint covers nearly 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country. The State Power Investment Fengqiu Chenqiaoyi Wind Power Project, Huaneng Liangshan Zhaojue Wind Power Project, Huaneng Dezhou Dingzhuang Wind, Photovoltaic and Storage Integrated Power Generation Project, and Huaneng Yongfeng Gaolongshan Wind Farm 80MW Project have all won the China Power Quality Project Award, the Huaneng Tongyu Liangjingzi Wind Farm (400MW) Project won the China Installation Project Quality Award, and the Zhoukou to Nanyang Expressway Project won the National Quality Project Award.
